Having our private-label Drupal install with its many extras instantly-activated for you is a big time-saver. However, if you've never used Drupal before you should expect to encounter a modest learning curve on your way to getting your site looking and functioning exactly the way you would like it. Our optional setup services are intended to help you shorten or bypass this initial learning curve and get your site live quickly and smoothly:

Assisted setup

After your site is setup - Drupal-specific support

All of our hosting plans come with hardware and site-access support, so that leaves Drupal-specific support* as the only thing you could ever be charged for, over and above your normal hosting fees. (*Drupal is the open source software that powers a Bloggyland site)

Once they have done their initial site setup, most of our customers have very few Drupal-related support issues, and only seek Drupal support if they are planning to add a new design and/or functionality to their site.

In order to keep our monthly prices as low as possible, we offer Drupal support separately from our hosting packages so that you only pay for the level of support you choose, and only for the times you need it.
