All of our hosting plans include hardware and site-access support. In
order to keep our monthly prices as low as possible,
site-setup
and Drupal-specific support options are offered seperately
from our hosting packages so that you only pay for the level of support
you
choose,
and
only for the times you need it (which should be very infrequent once your
get your site operating how you like).
Support/Billing Helpdesk*
Login to your personal Bloggyland Hosting helpdesk at
http://highervisibilitywebsites.com/member/index.php to:
- Submit support tickets (you can also generate a support ticket by emailing support
@ highervisibilitywebsites.com with an authorized email account -
see below)
- Add additional authorized email accounts so that the support ticket system
will recognize them.
- Manage your billing/invoices
- Update your account information
